Q: Why do the file names have such weird names?
A: When uploading your image, if you want to keep the file name the same as the one uploading, make sure you place a check in the box "Keep Original Picture names"

Q: Can I create photo albums?
A: Yes, we offer the creation of unlimited photo albums that you can send to others (link) for viewing. Albums can be private or public.

Q: My account is saying bandwidth exceeded, what's wrong?
A: It means that your account has used all the bandwidth assigned to it, if more bandwidth is needed you can upgrade to a paid plan or wait until the month resets, as bandwidth is reset monthly.

Q: Can I upload multiple images at once?
A: Yes, simply choose the pulldown menu that says "Submit Multiple Files" and choose the amount you would like to upload.
